75 Miraloma St - Tuscan home with incredible views. It's been on the market for 90 days and as of August 1st, it's set to be rented. Given that, I'm going to allow my superior negotiating skills to shine and I'll snag this for 1.9M leaving me 600K to spend.........and with that 600K, I'm snaging
2080 3rd St - I'll snag the top floor unit for 630K - ok i broke the rules and spent a little more than 2.5M -- but it's my game so i'll do what I want. I'm banking on the area to continue to change and become a viable business district. It's well on it's way - add the Esprit Lofts, the Mission Bay campus and the eventual smooth operation of the 3rd St Light Rail and you have a natural extension of Potrero Hill / South Beach.
