If I had 55 million dollars.....

In Brewster's Millions fashion, you have to spend all 55 million:

I'm not a guy that likes to find many ways to spend my billions--when you have this much money, I see no pressing reason to diversify. Since I have to spend $55 million for this exercise, I'm going to make it easy on myself and purchase 2901 Broadway Street.

I just got a new pair of tennis shorts that I'm dying to wear and I'm sick of waiting in line to play at Dolores Park, so the fact that this house has its own court (and its own locker room!) is very appealing to me. It has a "classic" elevator and since I'll be so tired from playing tennis all day, I doubt I'll have the energy to climb the stairs. Most appealing to me however is the oversized laundry room. I'd put 7 washers and 7 dryers in there because I have a lot of clothes to keep clean. Maybe I'd let my friends do some of their laundry there too...

Greg: It's tough to spend 55 Million in the city - I've created a compound to call home!

135 Fernwood: Cost $4.5 Million. My primary residence- as family cook I'm going to invest another 500K in a new kitchen - Think multiple flat screens, a brick wood burning, 8-12 range burner, several convection and standard ovens, several sink stations - did i mention the flat screens?

10 Hastings: Cost $9.5 Million. My weekend get away house. Add an extra 500K to alter the terraced garden - we'll be adding a 25M heated pool and cabana.

1417 15th St: Cost $3 Million. I'm going to turn this into an indoor half pipe and snowboard training center.

37 St. Germain Ave: Cost $7 Million (On the market for a year so I'm guessing we can get 500K off the list price). My holiday house - I think this home will compel both sides of the family to travel cross country.

300 Sea Cliff : Cost $26 Million. I intend to turn this entire house into the Angilly Family Gym complete with a regulation basketball court, indoor driving range, yoga room, race track room - for Cooper of course, full gym and of obviously a walk out deck with a 16 person jacuzzi.

21 Buena Vista: Cost $4.5 Million. Not certain what the intended use of this home will be - love the deck and view though!
